How to Create Your Own AI Assistant in Xcripty (Step by Step Tutorial)

1.First, log in to your Xcripty account.

2.Go to AI Chat — here you’ll see original bots already available.

3.In the top right corner, click Custom Chat Assistant.

4.Then click Create New Chat Assistant.

5.Select your Chat Assistant Avatar.

6.Click Activate Chat Assistant.

7.Enter your Assistant’s Name.

8.Add a Role Description — explain what this assistant is for.

9.You can also set a Welcome Message (optional).

10.Choose a Chat Assistant Group — this helps organize assistants by purpose (for example: marketing, customer support, sales).

11.Select the AI Model you want to use.

12.Write Instructions — here, describe in detail what your assistant should do and how it should respond.

13.Enable the Knowledge Retrieval Tool if you want your assistant to access custom knowledge, like company docs or FAQs.

14.Enable the Code Interpreter Tool if you need your assistant to analyze data, run calculations, or generate code.

15.Optionally, turn on File Access — this allows your assistant to read and answer questions from uploaded files.

16.Finally, click Create Chat Assistant — and your custom AI assistant is ready!
